Refund policy
As a small independently-run business, our goal is to ensure that every one of our customers is completely satisfied with their purchase.
The TL;DR
- We accept online returns for store credit, exchange or refund of full price apparel placed within 30 days of purchase date. Requests placed after the 30-day window will not be authorized.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Start your return/exchange by going to www.www.kinnyandhowie.us/apps/returns.
- A $5 restocking fee per item will be applied to any returned items.
- If an online return is not received within 3 weeks of an approved return request, then the request will be considered void and the return request will be closed.
Returning an item
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason, within that 30 days, you decide that it is not a perfect fit for you, no problem. You may return the item free of charge for store credit, a refund or exchange the item. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code may be returned for store credit or exchange only. They are not eligible for a refund. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Devan Gregori will send you a return label for any exchange or return. A $5 restocking fee will apply to each item returned. Exchange items are eAfter 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. There may be certain situations where only partial store credit is granted (eg. any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.)

We offer a two return options:
Store Credit - Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card. Your store credit will never expire. All items purchased with a store credit will be FINAL SALE. All exchanges will be FINAL SALE. No further returns will be accepted.
Refund - Refund to original form of payment is available as a return option for full-priced items only.
Exchange: Exchange for a different size through our returns process. If you'd like to exchange the item for a different item, please email us to initiate your return and let us know the item you would like to exchange for so that our team can set this aside for you. Stock levels move quickly and we don't want you to miss out on the item! Once we receive your returned item, we'll process the exchange, charge the difference (if applicable) and ship the new piece out to you, free of charge.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Online orders can only be cancelled within the first 60 minutes of placing the order. To cancel your order, you must email us immediately at [email protected] and provide your order number and reason for cancelling. After 60 minutes from the time of placing an order, orders can no longer be cancelled as the shipment fulfillment process is in motion. If upon receiving your shipment, you decide that you no longer want to keep your items, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
